STENMAX LTD is a team of dedicated professionals who specialise in all aspects of the building trade working alongside clients, leading architects and designers to deliver on time and within budget.
As a London based company much of our work includes developing and refurbishing projects in the city’s prime locations and always happy to stretch ourselves and take on the challenge of completing major refurb in the countryside as we done already in Dorset, Oxfordshire and Somerset. All members of the team have years of experience in the construction industry and our attention to detail and persistence allow us to execute plans and designs without compromising.
Services
Through our core team and extensive network of professionals we worked with over the years we can take on all type of works in the construction industry including groundwork, structural, carpentry, tiling, plastering, decorating, roofing.We are working with trusted NICEIC electricians, Gas Safe plumbing and heating engineers which can help with design of the whole heating and water system ,UFH and mains boost system to ensure great performance and cosy environment.
Towards end of each project we will make sure that you are provided with all gas, electrical and building control certificate as well as maintenance guide and warranties for equipment, appliances and glazing.For each homeowner, refurbishment may be a bumpy road - and it can be, especially if never done before.
That's why we can offer design and build services where architects, structural engineers and designers we have worked with can help with planning permission, design, drawings, contract administration and all else. They are all brilliant and each one of them has their own style and vision on design, as all of us have - so if we know your taste and expectations, we can help guide you through the road and smooth the whole process.
As part of our service, we can also offer a yearly maintenance for the property where tailored package is created to suits your property needs and M&E installation which we will check at least once a year to make sure all is up to date and in working order and we can be available on emergency callouts as part of the maintenance contract signed.
